We’re particularly interested in waterfront properties, destination locations, parks near growing communities, and properties with expansion, redevelopment, or repositioning potential. But we’re not limited to a checklist. We’re interested in RV properties where strategic investment, thoughtful development, and experienced management can unlock what’s possible.
